SugarCRM has been named the Best CRM Service by PC Magazine readers, in the publication’s annual CRM Business Choice Awards 2017.
PC Magazine readers nominated more than 200 CRM providers, of which six received enough votes to be listed as finalists (same as last edition). This edition of PCMag Business Choice Awards focuses on those CRM tools, overall user’s satisfaction, reliability, and tech support experience with the CRM solution they use, plus the likelihood they would recommend it to others.
SugarCRM wins this Business Choice Award for third consecutive year, earning highest overall satisfaction scores in most categories.
Looking at overall satisfaction, Sugar takes a sweet lead with a 8.7 (on a scale of 0 to 10, with 10 being the best) and 64 percent on NPS results (“How likely are you to recommend your CRM provider to a colleague?”). In a field where products are generally disliked, SugarCRM improves every year. None of the rest solutions get a very strong endorsement. According to PCMag it is quite possible that this is because of the complexities involved in CRM as a field. A good CRM initiative isn’t just about the technology, it’s also about the best practices and processes that a business has in place. With a solution this complex, it is rarely seeing a simple answer to the question of “are you satisfied?”
