redk is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our sales services team.

The ideal candidate is a person who is passionate about pursuing new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.

To be successful in this role, you will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.

What you will do…

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
  • Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.)
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Be an expert on the platform, with a deep understanding of our capabilities and value.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Proactively own and manage a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts and become their trusted advisor and influencer.

Knowledge and experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar rol in the tech industry or consultancy.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills.
  • Experience with a first-class CRM platform as Zendesk or/and Salesforce or similar tech competitors.
  • Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for this position.
