redk named Zendesk ‘Premier Partner’ under new partner program tier names

Earlier this month Zendesk announced a brand new look and feel on their website, alongside new names for each of their tier programme: Premier, Advanced, and Qualified.
Due to redk previously being named ‘Master partners’, we will now be referred to as ‘Premier partners’ – which has now been updated throughout our website and communications, with a new Zendesk Premier Partner badge.
Zendesk has noted at this time, there are no changes to the requirements or benefits of each tier.
