redk will participate in the 2019 edition of the Digital Enterprise Show (DES) held in Madrid. The event will take place at IFEMA, Feria de Madrid, from 21 until 23 May 2019. At the convention, Miguel Magán, General Manager at redk Spain and Hideki Hashimura, CMO of redk, will be sharing his expert knowledge on CRM Transformation with this year’s participants.

The DES is the world’s leading international event on Digital Transformation. Over three days, the world’s top tech companies, digital experts and participants from around the globe come together to discuss the latest knowledge, solutions and skills needed to tackle the challenges and harness the power of the Digital Age. The event has grown steadily since its first edition in 2017, with companies and professionals in attendance representing over 50 countries last year.

In addition to redk’s exhibit at Stand E510, Hall 8, the company’s General Manager for Spain, Miguel Magán, will give a talk entitled “Rumbo a la Transformación CRM” in the Digital Demo Auditorium. After sharing his expert insights on the journey to CRM Transformation, Magán will provide a demonstration of redk’s services. Also participating in the DES summit is Hideki Hashimura, who will be joined by Cristina Garcia, General Manager at Previsión Sanitaria Nacional (PSN), to discuss the Grupo PSN case study. During this conversation, they will highlight the crucial importance of customer experience in the Digital Transformation of PSN.
